1.      Are you an individual buying agent or a company?

We are a business service company specialized in buying agent and selling agent for clients outside China.

2.     How many staffs do you have?

We have 10 people working in our Xiamen office, 5 people working in Yiwu City and 3 people working in Guangzhou City.

3.      How long have you been established as a buying agent.

Since 2002. About 10 years.

4.      What industries do you have experience in?

We have been purchasing include home decoration items (in Guangdong/Fujian province), polyresin/porcelain giftwares(suppliers mainly in south of Fujian), kichenware, eletronic items(suppliers mainly in Shenzhen), daily consumable items (mainly in Yiwu area), Led products (in Guangdong province), stationery items (mainly in Zhejiang province),Also some semi-finished products such as plastic and iron part etc.

5.      What process do you do to ensure that we get the best deal – quality and price?

First of all, we would gather at least 10-20 suppliers which are in the field. Then we will delete half of them according to our creteria in different aspects. And finally we would choose the best one in quality and the prices among at least 5 suppliers.

6.   Who are your clients and which countries are they from?

  .Our main clients is medium and small wholesaler/ producer who imported from China or exporting to China. As it cost too much for them to source or check for the products themselves in China, we work for them to save their cost and reduce the risk in their business in China.

  Here are some customers for reference. In general, our clients are medium/ small importers / wholesalers such as Art-East from Russia(decoration items), Welbilt from USA (building material), Fenton from UK (gift items), Al-Etehad from Yemen (Gift items), Buron Teknik from Saudi Arabia (Stationery items)...... Also, we have some projects from large company such as Target from USA, we are working for them some polyresin items in Xiamen. Totally, we have more than 100 customers from more than 30 countries all over the world.

 7.   What countries/ markets have you exported to?

 55% to Europe, 30% to America, 10% to Middle East, 5% to Africa (mainly South Africa)

8.   What QC systems do you use to inspect the products?

 As soon as the order is confirmed, our QC team will be involved in the whole producing process, as they should perform IQC, PQC and FQC in different production stages. We usually use GB-T2828 system standard in our QC system.  We put equal importance into IQC and FQC, as we know that to avoid any loss to producer is also important in our work. If FQC find out the mistake, it would be too late and very difficult to ask the factory to bear all the loss.

 9.   What are your commission?

 Our commission for whole buying process (souring the qualified supplier, samples ordering and delivering, production process tracing, quality control, arranging shipment and sending documents) as follows.

 1) Order amount less than 10, 000USD,  the commission is USD300.

 2) Order amount 10,000 ~100,000USD, the commission is 3% of the order amount;

 3) Order amount 100,000~200,000USD, the commission is 2% of the order amount.

 4) Order amount over 200,000USD.the commission is 1% of the order amount

10.   Will you sign a contract and agree that you will not receive any commission, active or passive or hidden, from anyone but us?

Sure, in this case you can fully rest assured on us, we only work for your company, honest and trust is the foundation of all of our work.

11. When do I need to pay for the service?

Here is the payment term for the whole order process.

    For different individual services, including secretarial service in China, quality control service, fairs participating service,  our customers only need pay to us after enjoying our comprehensive services and feel our service is worthy of being paid.  Service before payment is the way we cooperate with all our customers.
